The Brooklyn dining room at Cha Can Ting in full late-night service
01 — Reservations

Walk in hungry.
Leave loud, late, and a little bit louder.

Book a stool at the grill, a table for ten, or a private room for the whole crew. Three houses. One chef-driven menu. Service until 1 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.

02 — The Form

Pick your house.
We'll hold the heat.

Tell us where you're dining and what kind of night you're walking into. Our hosts confirm every request within four hours during service windows — usually faster.

No deposit for parties under 9. Large-party and private-room deposits start at $40 per guest and are refunded up to 48 hours ahead.

03 — Before You Arrive

Everything else worth knowing.

A short list of the questions our hosts answer most often. Read it once, walk in confident, save the front-desk a few minutes.

  1. 01

Dress code: come as you are.

No jacket required. Most guests arrive in smart-casual — the room trends toward the dressier side on Fridays and Saturdays after 9 p.m., but there is no enforced code at any of the three flagships. Wear what makes you comfortable ordering a second round of tea cocktails.

  2. 02

Dietary accommodations — selective, not blanket.

We are not a fully vegan or gluten-free kitchen and we won't pretend otherwise. Many dishes can be modified for shellfish, peanut, and soy allergies; our kitchen flags shared equipment for tree nuts. Tell us in the notes field and the chef will plan around it before you sit down.

  3. 03

    Late-night service until 1 a.m., Thu–Sat.

All three flagships run the full menu — grill, shareables, craft tea program — until 1 a.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Last seating for the late window is 11:30 p.m. Earlier in the week we close at midnight Sunday through Wednesday.

  4. 04

Walk-ins: yes, with a realistic wait.

The bar and counter are first-come, first-served at all three houses. Expect a 20–40 minute wait most weeknights and 45–75 minutes on Friday and Saturday after 8 p.m. Parties of 1–4 are easiest to seat on the fly; anything larger should book ahead.

02 Before you book

A few things first-timers ask before they commit.

  1. What's the cancellation window?

You can cancel or move a reservation up to 4 hours before your seating without charge. After that, a $25 per-person fee applies — credited back as a house tea pairing on your next visit.

  2. Do large parties require a deposit?

Parties of 7 or more pay a $50 per-person deposit at booking, fully redeemable on the night. Groups of 12+ route through our private events team for a custom menu build and beverage pairing.

  3. Can I book same-day?

Yes — same-day reservations open at 2pm local time for each location. For Brooklyn's late-night service (Thu–Sat, until 1am), the bar seats remain walk-in only after 10pm.

  4. Do you seat kids and gift-card holders?

We welcome families with children under 10 before 7pm. Gift cards purchased through our website are honored at all three locations — note the code in the "special requests" field at checkout.
